FREE Audition Workshop

Build confidence. Strengthen your skills. Shine your light.

Join Salt & Light Performing Arts for a FREE Audition Workshop designed to help young performers feel prepared, confident, and encouraged when stepping into the audition room!

Students will have the opportunity to work on all three areas of a musical theatre audition: acting, singing, and dancing. Throughout the workshop, students will:

• Bring and work on a monologue and strengthen acting and character choices

• Bring and practice an audition song and build confidence in vocal performance

•  Learn a dance combination and practice picking up choreography

•  Learn helpful audition techniques, etiquette, and preparation skills

•  Receive encouraging, constructive feedback from experienced performing arts educators and professionals

•  Practice performing in a supportive, low-pressure environment

At Salt & Light, we believe auditions should be an opportunity to grow, learn, and courageously share the gifts God has given you. Our goal is to create a safe, joyful, Christ-centered environment where students can take creative risks, build confidence, and encourage one another.

Whether you have auditioned many times before or are preparing for your very first audition, this workshop is a chance to practice without the pressure of casting or competition.

Come ready to learn, laugh, create, and grow alongside other young performers!
